Kenny Smith’s Daughter Kayla Brianna’s Music Video “If You Love Me”

If you’re like me, Thursdays are all about NBA basketball and Inside the NBA on TNT. During halftime of the first game, Heat vs. Lakers, Kenny Smith announced that his 17 year-old daughter, Kayla Brianna has been signed to Interscope records. He used her single “If you love me” in a conversation about Kobe and LeBron.

Here’s the video in case you missed it.

The idea was that there’s no middle ground with feelings on Kobe and LeBron. You either love it or you don’t. The connection was shaky. But, I know if my Dad had a national platform to promote me to the masses he’d make it fit too! Why not? Shaq promotes his book, website and sunglasses… Chuck promotes his site and various ventures.. it’s a job perk, right! A little nepotism never hurt.
