Kanye West & Kim Kardashian Tie The Knot

 

Memorial Day weekend 2014 also coincided with the wedding of Kanye West and Kim Kardashian. Friday night the rehearsal dinner was in Paris before switching locations to Florence, Italy for the actual ceremony. Check out some of the details.

–> Rich Wilkerson Jr., a pastor from North Miami, performed the ceremony.

–> The wedding planner was Sharon Sacks, a long-time friend of the Kardashian family.  

–> According to US Weekly, Kim’s wedding dress was a Givenchy haute couture gown.

–> Bruce Jenner walked Kim down the aisle.

–> Andrea Bocelli sang as Kim was walked down.

–> KimYe’s 11-month-old daughter, North, wore a Givenchy by Riccardo Tisci dress.

–> Kanye wore a Givenchy by Riccardo Tisci tux.

Celebrity guests included  Lala Anthony, Common, Monica Rose, rapper Tyga,Andre Leon Talley, Big Sean, Rachel Roy, and more.

Right around the time the couple would’ve been saying their “I Do’s,” Beyonce posted a photo of herself on Instagram – sans make up- She and Jay Z were rumored to be vacationing in the Hamptons instead of attending the ceremony. Kim’s brother Rob also reportedly left Florence before the nuptials.

This is Kim’s third marriage. She was previously married to producer Damon Thomas from 2003 – 2004, and then of course her 72-day marriage to NBA player Kris Humphries in 2011.
