Some of your favorite NBA affiliated made the trek out to the dessert in Southern California this weekend for Coachella. The three- day-two-weekend music and arts festival is held at the Empire Polo Club in Indio, California. This year’s line up featured special performances from Roc Nation Sports head Jay Z. Jay jumped on stage with former rival Nas to perform “Dead Presidents II” which was sampled from Jay’s “Where I’m From” off the In My Lifetime, Vol. 1 album.
Jay’s wife Beyonce popped on stage for a quick choreographed number with her sister Solange.
And NBA favorite, Pharrell Williams had some of everyone join him for his set including Puffy, Busta Rhymes, Gwen Stefani and Snoop Dogg.
You’ll be hearing a lot more from Pharrell starting with next weekend’s playoffs.
New York Giants wide receiver Victor Cruz was also on handing host for Time Warner Cable.
