Gloria Govan To Get Basketball Wives Spinoff In L.A. With Sister Laura

I interviewed Ex-Basketball Wives star Gloria Govan last December and asked her if she’d be open to the idea of an off shoot show, Gloria said that a show about her life in L.A. and with other wives was up for discussion.

Fast forward 6 months later and looks like we’ll be seeing that hit the airwaves soon. Word is that Gloria is officially working on her spinoff (Produced by Shaunie of course, I like her business savvy) But that’s not even the best part of the spinoff. Gloria’s older sister and Gilbert Arena’s kid’s mom Laura Govan is also expected to be on the show.

Earlier this year, Laura Govan’s fiance Gilbert Arenas pulled a disappearing act on Laura and his three kids after being traded to the Orlando Magic. No goodbye or anything. She later shipped everything in their Virginia home to California using his credit card and had him served child support papers during half time of a game as he walked off the court.

Laura is about to have her fourth child by Gilbert Arenas and her sister Gloria hosted a baby shower for her a few weeks ago which may have been documented for the upcoming show. Shaunie O’Neal hasn’t confirmed this information, however, in our recent interview with Shaunie, she did mention that Gloria Govan is filming another show of hers.

Yeah, I guess there’s not much to say after that. Is this the secret project Jackie Christie is working on? Woooowwww that could be “A lot.”For the record, Matt Barnes has stated he is absolutely exercising his option to return to the team next season. Let’s hope they can get the CBA worked out.
