Gabrielle Union Talks Charles Barkley Missing The Joke [Video]

Last week “Inside the NBA” analyst Charles Barkley and actress Gabrielle Union were throwing shots at one another over the NBA All-Star reserves selections. Chuck didn’t believe DWade should’ve made it on this year, and Gabby had her man’s back. She tweeted that Kenny Smith had rings and Chuck didn’t. So his commentary was like her dissing Meryl Streep

Gabby is currently on a press tour for her BET show, Being Mary Jane. She stopped by Late Night with Seth Meyers and of course the topic came up. Mrs. Union-Wade explained that Barkley clearly didn’t get the joke.

“He’s like the guy that insists on coming to book club,” Union explained, “but didn’t read the book, but wants to dominate the conversation, and you’re like, ‘you don’t know what you’re talking about. Stop talking.’”

I think Chuck got it.
