Future Speaks On Russell Wilson And Ciara, Publicity Stunts And Cursed “Kitty”

Seattle Seahawks QB Russell Wilson and his new boo, singer Ciara slayed a couple of red carpets this week. First they appeared together Wednesday for the Espys, and then Thursday afternoon, Russell was the host of Nickleodeon’s Kid’s Sports Choice Awards.

Cici’s ex-fiance, rapper Future, probably won’t like the fact that Ciara had their 14 month old son on the red carpet with the couple though. In an interview this week with Power 105.1’s “the Breakfast Club,” Future explained that he’s over Ciara and happy she found someone, but it’s too soon to have Russell around his son. He also claims Ciara is in this relationship for publicity, and also gives his side of their break up.

Here are the highlights:

Future felt that Ciara never clarified the cheating rumors surrounding them and never asked the public to respect their privacy.

Charlamagne said he believes Ciara’s vagina is cursed and that guys fall off after being involved with her. He named some of her famous connections; Amaré Stoudemire, Bow Wow and 50 Cent. Future said perhaps it’s the fact that she had his baby is how he managed to avoid it.

“I’m back! guess you gotta have a baby or sum to knock the curse. I’m back I ain’t thinking about her man. I swear man I’m not thinking about her, I want her to be totally happy. I’m not bitter. People think I’m bitter cause she moved on. I’m good. I’m taking care of me. I don’t need him [Russell Wilson]. SHE need him.”

Future also says that Cici got caught up in the social media hype and sent her lawyers after him because of a fake Facebook post that “threatened” Russell Wilson after photos surfaced of the QB pushing their son in a stroller while he and Ciara were on a date at The Grove in L.A.

“Of course I wouldn’t want nobody pushing my son [in a stroller] that’s the number one rule. If I was a kid and my mama had a dude pushing me, I woulda jumped out the stroller and slapped the sh*t out of him. You never do that in our community. You don’t bring a man around your son. You ain’t even know this dude for a few months and you bringing him around ya kid. Who does that?”

Charlamagne then adds his commentary about Russ and the stroller:

“As a man he [Russell] shouldn’t do that. He should be like nah I’m not doing that.”

::side eye:: We’ll come back to this topic later, Future had more to say on that subject:

Future: “He probably didn’t know that she set him up. You got nannies, sisters around you, anybody coulda pushed the stroller. You let the people catch that photo because..you know what it is. At the end of the day I’m not for the publicity stunts. Leave my son out of all the publicity stunts. Just leave him out of your relationship cause we don’t need your relationship for anything. I can take care of my own without any help. I don’t need no help taking care of my son.”

Future also said he tried to change himself to be with Ciara and that he’d never do it again if he dated another celebrity.

The conversation then turns to whether or not Ciara should’ve expected him to be a “deadbeat dad” considering he had three baby’s mamas prior to hooking up with Ciara. Future accurately states that it doesn’t matter – regular girls, superstars, etc. aren’t worried about having all those kids. He also says that Ciara met his other children’s mothers and took care of his children before she was pregnant with baby Future.

I wonder how long it took before Future had Ciara around his other children…
