Floyd Mayweather Jr’s 15-year old son called him a coward for hitting his mother

Floyd Mayweather Jr.’s 15-year-old son, Koraun called his dad a coward in a recent interview. His mother, Josie L. Harris was being interviewed discussing the September 2010 incident where Floyd was arrested and eventually jailed for attacking Harris in front of their children.

Koraun was 11 years-old at the time, he’s who ran to get the police to help his mother.

“So I ran and I tried to go through the front door to go to the (security) gate,” Koraun said. “But then his friend (McNair) came through the door and blocked off the stairway for me to go through.

“Then I went back into my room and locked the door and then ran back out my bathroom and then hopped over the gate and went to the main entrance gate. I just told (the guard) that my mom was getting hurt and to call the ambulance and the police.”

Floyd reportedly attacked Harris after discovering text messages between she and NBA player CJ Watson.

Harris is now speaking out about the incident in a new book she is attempting to get published. Since the incident in 2010, Harris has posted photo of herself boo’d up with Floyd in bed  in 2013. In 2014,  she had a war of words   with Floyd’s ex-fiance Shantel Jackson-  who has a pending lawsuit against Floyd thatcontains domestic assault allegations- plus an altercation with Melissa Brim, mother of Floyd’s other daughter, Yaya. Floyd cheated on Harris with Brim, and he’s been actively promoting her new Las Vegas boutique. The first excerpts Harris leaked from her book contained details of the night she walked in and found Brim and Mayweather in bed together.

But Harris says the Ray Rice elevator incident made her realize she was suffering from battered women’s syndrome.

“I was a battered woman,” Harris said. “I felt embarrassed about saying I was a battered woman. I felt shame. I felt like it was my fault. What did I do? I didn’t understand what a battered woman was at that time. Now I know I was in a very dysfunctional, hostile relationship and a victim of domestic violence.”
