Floyd Mayweather Jr. released from Las Vegas jail, 50 Cent greets him [photos]

Floyd “Money” Mayweather was released from Clark County detention center late Thursday night after serving 2 months of his 90-day sentence in a misdemeanor domestic battery case.

About 20 family members and friends were waiting to greet Mayweather, including his 12-year-old daughter, Iyanna Mayweather, his manager, Leonard Ellerbe and of course 50 Cent. Not sure if Floyd’s fiancee, Shantel Jackson was on the scene.

Floyd hopped behind the wheel of a blue Bentley and drove away without speaking to the media.

Currently there aren’t plans for Mayweather’s next fight but with his best friend 50 recently announcing he’s stepped into the fight promoting game with TMT promotions. I think we know who’ll be handling it. Floyd’s Nevada boxing license expired after his May 5th bout against Miguel Cotto. (that was for one fight only)

Floyd later tweeted this “fresh out” photo.

First order of business, a haircut!
