Evelyn Lozada is not playing games with Chad Johnson. After Chad fired off a series of Tweets last week accusing Evelyn of cheating on him too during their marriage, Evelyn has involved the law and sent off a cease-and-desist letter to OchoCinco warning him about online harassment.
Evelyn’s next move is reportedly to get a restraining order against Johnson. Remember the two appeared in court together a few months ago to ask that the previous restraining order be removed.
The next area of concern for Chad, per TMZ, the prosecutor’s office overseeing Chad’s criminal domestic violence case is aware of the situation and is concerned. Chad is due in court Monday for a hearing on terminating his probation early.
This is why if Chad had something to say, the appropriate time would’ve been months ago. Not currently. Probably not going to look good rolling into court fresh off of being issued a cease-and-desist from the woman you’re in court for to begin with.
