Not sure if there has been an official off season count of NFL players arrested but add Eagles lineman Jason Peters to the tally. Early Wednesday morning, Peters was arrested for getting his fast and furious on in Monroe, La.
Peters was in a street race on U.S. 165 North in his white Camero against another driver in a sedan. An officer saw the two vehicles stop at a red light and then accelerate away quickly in what appeared to be a race. The officer then attempted to pull both vehicles over. The sedan pulled over complied but Peters must have thought he was Vin Disel and allegedly responded by driving faster, clocking speeds over 100 mph as he tried to outrun police. He finally pulled over a short time later and was arrested on drag racing and resisting by flight charges.
