If you thought the costliest divorce in Illinois history came to an end in the summer of 2013, when it was announce Dwyane Wade and his ex-wife Siohvaughn L. Funches-Wade had agreed to a $5 million settlement, you were wrong.
Funches-Wade wants the court to throw out her settlement with Wade and award her a larger share of his basketball earnings, including his new contract with the Chicago Bulls worth $47 million for two years.
Siohvaughn’s lawsuit against her divorce attorney was thrown out. On another note, Sio now lives in the Atlanta area and is releasing a book detailing her life and relationship with “Father Prime.”
