Dwyane Wade says he was a bad husband and is Gabrielle Union throwing shots?

In a new issue of Jet magazine, Dwyane Wade talks about being a great dad but a bad husband. The animosity between Dwyane and his ex-wife Siohvaughn Wade has been well documented. He shared how he ended up with full custody and what he’s looking forward to in the future.

“I didn’t set out to get full custody but I wasn’t able to see my kids the way I wanted and I’m not a parent who’s going to run away from his responsibilities,” Wade said. “I was probably a terrible husband, but I pride myself on being a good dad.”

On his relationship with Siohvaughn Funches:

“It’s been six years and hopefully one day she and I can get to the point where it’s a lot easier than it is now to co-parent.”

In other related news, Gabrielle Union took to Instagram to congratulate DWade on the cover and article but has been receiving some Heat because she used an app to alter the original cover. On the cover where it says ‘The Ex-Wife,’ Gabrielle covered it with the word ‘Happy.’  Some thought Gabrielle was being catty but Gabby took to Twitter to semi-explain what prompted her to make the alteration.
