Dwyane Wade has been ordered to turn his two sons over to his ex-wife, Siohvaughn Funches after a three-hour hearing in family court on Tuesday.
Wade was supposed to allow the two boys, Zaire, 9, and Zion, 4, to spend two-weeks with their mother for summer visits. That period was set to begin last Sunday (July 21st.) But following settlement hearings to finalize the financial details of their divorce, Siohvaughn staged a protest in downtown Chicago for what she deemed was unfair treatment by DWade.
But, instead of bringing the kids to Funches as planned, Dwyane’s lawyers filed an emergency motion to suspend further visits until Siohvaughn had a psych evaluation. Judge Antonio Marin did however order Funches to undergo an evaluation to determine whether she has anger management issues. Neither Siohvaughn or Dwyane were in court.
Siohvaughn’s Miami attorney Lisa Macci gave an exclusive statement to “Gossip Extra”
There is still a $5 million settlement in the divorce case that Siohvaugn has yet to sign. The two separated in 2007 with DWade filing for divorce first and Siohvaughn counter-filing.
