Last season on “Basketball Wives LA,” new comer Brittish Williams – she was the fianceé of an overseas player – didn’t get along with fan favorite Draya Michelle. Brittish isn’t back for the new season currently being filmed, but some past dirt was dropped about her connection to Draya’s swimwear brand, Mint Swim.
Last May Draya mentioned on Twitter how “someone” tried to steal her trademark. Turns out, Draya neglected to secure the trademark for Mint Swim, Brittish decided that she would apply for the trademark to “teach Draya a lesson.” Some might think it’s immature but it also should serve as a friendly reminder that having a business includes all the legal documents that come along with it.
Of course in real life, Draya could’ve sued or attempted to block the trademark, and likely would’ve won.
