On Friday, it was announced that Deion Sanders had been fired from Prime Prep Academy, the charter school he co-founded in Dallas, Tx. By Friday afternoon, it was announced that Deion wasn’t fired but that his role had been restructured into a larger role.
Whatever you make of that. I suppose that not having Deion involved with the school would surely diminish the perks of being associated with the Hall Of Famer. The question I have, what sort of larger role could he possibly take? He’s not an educator and he already had a huge role in the football program. Good luck with that.
