DA claims Aaron Hernandez fiancée, Shayanna Jenkins destroyed evidence

Bomberg said that at the request of Hernandez on June 18, a day after Lloyd’s murder, she went to the basement of the couple’s home in North Attleborough, collected a box there, put it in a black plastic bag covered with baby clothes, and then, using her sister’s car, tossed the box in a dumpster.

When questioned at the grand jury hearing about her actions, Bomberg said, Jenkins testified she had no memory of where she went, nor could she recall where she tossed the box away.

When shown surveillance camera images from a Plainville bank taken that day, Bomberg said Jenkins again claimed she had no idea where she went.

Jenkins’ Lawyer is claiming that she and Hernandez have a relationship policy of, “don’t ask, don’t tell” like many high profile couples. I generally thought that applied to cheating but, I suppose murder could be something a future wife isn’t interested in knowing about. :shrug: Jenkins is due back in court on November 6th.
