Chris Bosh wants full custody of 4-year-old daughter Trinity

Chris Bosh is now a two-time NBA champion but he’s planning to head back to the court before next season. Bosh is suing his oldest daughter, Trinity’s mother, Allison Mathis. The two were previously embroiled in a legal battle over child support with Mathis attempting to raise her $2600 per month to a reported $30,000.

Now Bosh is  saying that Allison isn’t a fit mother and wants to obtain sole full custody of their four-year-old daughter, with ample visits for Allison of course.

Bosh claims Mathis has been trying to alienate the kid from him … blocking contact, refusing to let them travel together, and poisoning their daughter against him.

Chris and his wife of two years, Adrienne, are expecting a daughter later this year and already have one son, Jackson who turned 1 in May.
