Remember after the Baltimore Ravens won their first playoff game and Ray Lewis stated that “no weapon formed against me shall prosper?” Apparently that included baby’s mama drama. After a two-year court battle between Lewis and Sharnika Kelly over child support for their 12-year old son, the lawsuit was dropped a couple of days before the Super Bowl.
Kelly attempted to get a 2001 agreement she signed thrown out. She believed that the $3,500 a month in child support she agreed to wasn’t valid because she wasn’t privy to Lewis’ full income.
According to Florida court records, Sharnika voluntarily dismissed the suit on February 1 … two days before the NFL star suited up for one of the biggest games in his career.
It’s unclear if the couple came to an agreement outside of court or if Sharnika simply dropped the case.
