Chargers DT Tommie Harris lost his wife Ashley Harris on Sunday. It was reported over the weekend that Ashley (29), suffered either stroke or brain aneurism. The family was “holding on for a miracle” while she was kept on life support in an Oklahoma hospital. The couple married last month and four months ago, Ashley gave birth to the couple’s second child.
One of Ashley’s close friends, Ashley Walker (fiance of Rafer Alston and cast member of season 2 of Basketball Wives) informed me that Harris was an organ donor so the hope is that in her death she can bless another family.
