Cavs Kyrie Irving is dating Doc Rivers daughter Callie

Looks like Cleveland Cavaliers point guard Kyrie Irving has a new boo. Kyrie is dating Clippers’ head coach Doc Rivers’ daughter Callie. If you recall, Callie dated Pacers Paul George, and her ex was a college basketball player at UNC.

So, you know there’s more to it than that, right? Here’s where things get a bit tricky. You ready?? :: takes a deep breath::

So Kyrie went to college at Duke, so did Callie’s brother Austin. Down the road at UNC was Callie’s then boyfriend Dexter Strickland. Dex allegedly wasn’t the greatest boyfriend, and Kyrie – who was a friend of Dexter’s – AND a supportive shoulder. Sometimes those bonds lead to hook ups later. Maybe that explains these tweets from Callie in early December.

Kyrie hit for 37 on the Knicks in the Garden on that date by the way…

OK, let’s add another layer to the story. Kyrie used to date Chantel Jeffries -you know Chantel as the former boo of Redskins WR DeSean Jackson, and Justin Bieber. Callie and Chantel were friends too at one point.
