The Chateau Marmont in West Hollywood was the scene for GQ’s 2011 Men of the Year celebration. On hand for the festivities; Nets minority owner, Jay-Z- he’s also one of the honorees of the evening. Knicks star Carmelo Anthony and wife Lala, Terrell Owens, Keshawn Johnson, Blake Griffin, Russell Westbrook and more. Check out photos from the event.

I’m not sure how I feel about Carmelo’s look for the evening. I’m undecided. Jay Z rocked a classic look. I approve. Nicole Scherzinger looks amazing.

I want to LOVE Paula Patton and Kerry Washington’s look for the evening but something is standing in the way. I’ll just blame the photographers.

Word has it Jay Z declined all requests from NBA players to drop into his VIP area at the event. We’re still in a lockout and that would be a fine… Didn’t Jay say “Ball so hard got ****** trying to fine me, but first they gotta find me”
