Per TMZ Sports, the allegations against Smith – a 33-year-old NFL vet – involve a family member. Smith recently signed a one-year, $2 million contract with the Broncos. Only his $500,000 signing bonus is fully guaranteed, providing there are no violations of the league’s personal conduct policy.
