Boxer Nick Casal beaten with golf clubs by girlfriend’s ex [photos]

Usually it’s the ladies who receive the warning about dating an athlete. But sometimes you have to issue warnings to athletes about crazy exes. Today’s example, boxer Nick Casal. Casal was attacked with golf clubs allegedly by his current girlfriend’s ex-boyfriend and friends.

Jr welterweight Nick Casal (22-4-1, 17 KOs) was brutally attacked in Buffalo, New York. Casal was out with his girlfriend when from he was brutally attacked from behind by a gang wielding golf clubs. The attackers were identified as her ex-boyfriend and his friends. Medical reports are that Casal has a possible broken arm, multiple lacerations, including one at least 12 inches long.

Not only is his fight canceled for June 29th, I’m sure he has a few questions for his girlfriend. Starting with, how did he know where we would be? Scary stuff. There are photos below of the injuries he sustained. The images are extremely graphic!
