Basketball Wives castmates planning boycott of reunion over Jennifer Williams lawsuit?

Looks as if some of the Basketball Wives have plans on boycotting the reunion show next month. Jennifer Williams has filed suit against her former friend, Nia Williams for the January 21st incident at a racetrack that was shown this week on episode 9 of the hit VH1 show.

Nia is currently working as Evelyn Lozada’s assistant and is extremely upset with Jennifer because she no longer wants to be friends – well that’s how I see it anyway. Nia has her reasons as to why she slapped Jen, she recently laid them out in an interview with Baller Alert and it all boil down to a change in friendship or in her version, because Jennifer is “fake” and thinks she’s too good… But anyway.

according to sources at VH1, the castmates are convinced Jennifer’s lawsuit was filed out of spite and desperation to dredge up drama around her character — in the vain hope of securing a spot on the show next season. Our sources also think Jennifer’s claim of emotional distress is BS because she never missed a day of shooting.

We’re told several prominent castmembers have vowed to shun her completely … refusing to even speak to Jennifer — and are threatening not to attend the reunion show early next month if she attends.

So let me see if I can guess which cast members are threatening the boycott. Evelyn would obviously be the first person to come to mind, Tami was already feeling some type of way and possibly Shaunie. Those would be my guesses.

If anyone was trying to secure a spot on the show, it would seem to be the Nia chick. Why are you THAT mad about keys? Change your locks and keep it moving. Sorry, this was a bad look. The cattiness is one thing (not that it should be Level orange every show but you get the idea I’m trying to make.) Evelyn is throwing wine bottles and dishware, the Nia girl is wrestling Jennifer – who they all know has never had a fight in her life. Enough is a enough. This formula has worn out it’s welcome.

Time to grow up.
