Amar’e Stoudemire Nude – Handful Of Promises Or Pinky Swear?

Ladies (maybe a few of the gentlemen too) let’s discuss this photo.  New York Knicks’ Captain Amar’e Stoudemire is one of several athletes featured nude in The Body Issue of ESPN The Magazine.

I fell in love with the concept last year when it was 1st introduced. Not only do we get to see the athletic form in all its glory, it also provides an interesting look at how athletes bodies perform under the extreme pressures of their sports.

Having said that, I still appreciate a great look (Hello remember my post of Okc Thunder player Serge Ibaka :smiley face: But I’m curious… are you wondering the same thing I am regarding Amar’e’s photo?  NBA players have large hands (how else could they palm the ball to dunk) but Amar’e seems to be utilizing his fingers more so than his hand right? Is it just me?? Optical illusion perhaps?

The magazine is on Newstands October 8th. WNBA star Diana Taurasi graces one of the covers. I see you with your windblown Beyonce hair Diana!!
