Amar’e Stoudemire back for the Knicks this weekend?

Are cornrows back for men? Knicks superstar Amar’e Stoudemire tweeted a photo of himself freshly braided up today. Stat said he’s just growing his hair out, not bringing the braids back in style.

Which is a relief…

More important than the look Amar’e is currently rocking, how’s his back. Stat has missed 11 games with back issues. Through his absence, the Knicks have gone 7-4 but if the Knicks are to make moves in the playoffs, they’ll need Amar’e somewhere in the line up. Looks like he might be making his come back this weekend. Some people feel his reinsertion into the line up might cause chemistry issues and the Knicks would be better served coming off the bench.
