Allen Iverson’s soon to be ex-wife Tawanna is coming for AI. Tawana’s lawyers have filed documents asking “for the name and phone number of every person other than your spouse whom you have had sexual relations and/or intimate physical contact from the date of the marriage to the date of trial.”
My first thought, that’s going to be quite a lengthy list. My second thought, “every person.” That’s an interesting wording. I’m sure it’s correct legally but it’s just interesting. ::giggle::
The assumption is that Tawanna wants this evidence to help push Iverson towards a settlement faster. She’s also looking for documentation of any purchase he’s made over $1,000 during the course of their marriage. If you recall, Tawanna accused AI of buying jewelry instead of providing for her and their 5 children.
I’d also like to point out that Tawanna has been down for AI since he was in high school. So all the theories about picking the girl you’ve known vs. the one you met after you got rich go out the window in divorce.
Good luck to Tawanna. It’s clear she was down for AI and when it’s all said and done. It doesn’t appear that he felt the same. Ladies, always have a stash, a back up plan. Just in case. Taking care of you is not sneaky, it’s smart.
