50 Cent charged with domestic violence against baby’s mama #2

Just two days before rapper/boxing promoter 50 Cent’s first professional boxing event, news breaks of a domestic violence charge against his “baby’s mama.” But, this isn’t the mother of Fiddy’s son that he had booted from TLC’s “Starter Wives Confidential,” Shaniqua. According to TMZ, this is baby’s mama #2, model Daphne Joy. The two dated for three years. Joy is also friends with Floyd Mayweather Jr’s Fiance, Shantel Jackson.

50 is accused of kicking Joy and destroying $7,100 worth of property at her Toulca Lake, Ca. condo last month.

According to officials, on June 24th LAPD officers were called to the scene … and the woman told cops she had gotten into an altercation with 50 and locked herself in the bedroom.

50 — real name Curtis Jackson — allegedly got so mad, he kicked down the door and kicked her, resulting in an injury.

Officials say the 37-year-old rapper is also accused of breaking chandeliers, furniture, a TV and a lamp — and allegedly ransacked the bedroom closet — during his rampage.

Officials say 50 left the scene before cops arrived.

50 was charged with 1 count misdemeanor domestic violence and 4 counts of misdemeanor vandalism. The penalty if convicted, five years in jail and $46,000 in fines.

Meanwhile, 50’s boxing promotions company, SMS Promotions, will present the “50 Cent’s Birthday Bash” July 5 live on ESPN Friday Night Fights, at the Connecticut Convention Center in Hartford.
