Steelers RB Le’Veon Bell Didn’t Know DUI’s For Weed Was A Thing

I guess we can use the weed arrests of Steelers running backs Le’Veon Bell and LeGarrette Blount as a teaching moment. The two were arrested together along with a female companion on Wednesday for possession of marijuana. Bell was also charged with driving under the influence.

Bell didn’t know that you could be arrested for driving while high. He apparently told the officer that he wouldn’t be high before going to a game. That it was a whole two hours before the stop since he smoked.

If Bell smokes a lot of weed, his high had probably come down, so he considered himself sober. So there you go kids, DUI’s can happen with weed also. Know the law!
