Richie Incognito checks into psychiatric care facility

First former Miami Dolphins lineman Richie Incognito smashed up his Ferrari with a baseball bat. He later went on to explain that he was simply letting out his frustrations.

“When things went down it was just unfortunate. Me and my dad, my mom, my brother, Jonathan Martin, the Dolphins, Stephen Ross, you we’re all brothers and sisters I think we all understand that its just time to move on. You know words were said, things were done, but at the end of the day we’re all brothers and sisters and we’re here to lift each other up. We’re here to motivate each other that’s something my dad instilled in me a long time ago he’s from a military background so we have some odd ways of training,” he said.

Then late Thursday night it was announced that Incognito has checked himself into an Arizona psychiatric care unit. Incognito’s behavior on Twitter had been iratic over the last few weeks. Incognito has gone from one extreme to the next, claiming Jonathan Martin, his teammate who was at the center of the Dolphins bullying scandal, would be exposed. And other times claiming Martin was “still his brother” and “sh*t got cray cray.”

Incognito will be an official free agent on March 11th. Curious to see if any team is willing to take a chance on him.
