Richard Sherman & Michael Crabtree had beef from an off-season charity event

Seahawks CB Richard Sherman lit up Niners wr Michael Crabtree in his postgame interview following the NFC Championship game on Sunday. Sherman said later that the reason why he had so much conversation for Crabtree was because of outside chatter that had taken place before the season.

Sherman’s brother, Branton shared with the Seattle Times that the beef started last summer during Cardinals Larry Fitzgerald’s charity softball event.

that when Sherman approached Crabtree to shake his hand, Crabtree tried to start a fight.

According to the report, Sherman’s response to that was, “I’m going to make a play and embarrass him.”
