Rapper Plies Has All Of Sports “Running Off On Da Plug”

It’s the last Sunday of NFL regular season football. Yes, there are a few compelling match ups but what you’re really waiting to see is who has the best Dab. Maybe not, if you’re burned out on dabbing as a celebration, I have an alternative inspired by Florida rapper Plies.

I’m glad you asked Mike Wilborn. “Ran off on da plug twice” is a line from Plies song “Ritz Carlton.” About two weeks ago, Plies dropped an Instagram video of himself doing the move. From there, all your favorite college and pro athletes have taken over.

The Washington Redskins celebrated after their win over the Eagles last week.

The St. Louis Rams locker room showed love too.

The Carolina Panthers

JJ Watt of The Texans hit you with the combo move

College football really loves it.

The Citrus Bowl featuring North Carolina vs. Baylor

Clemson at The Orange Bowl too

At the Cotton Bowl

The 2015 Heisman Trophy winner

Deion Sanders

The University of Houston

The Ohio State Buckeyes got to it on New Year’s day in the Fiesta Bowl

It’s made it’s way to the NBA too.

I know we’ll see this in the coming weeks for the NFL playoffs.
