The first step to being the best, is believing. It’s how shooter’s pull themselves out of a slump. It’s why quarterback’s believe they’ll make that next play. It’s part of the equation for success. So when Randy Moss told reporters during Super Bowl media day that he was the best wide receiver ever, I didn’t mind. Moss has played for 14 seasons, the last two haven’t been his best but he believes his impact on the game can’t be questioned. Check Randy’s statement.
“I don’t really live on numbers,” Moss said. “I really live on impact and what you’re able to do out on that field. So I really do think I’m the greatest receiver ever to play this game.”
Randy Moss; 15,292 receiving yards rank him third in league history, 156 receiving touchdowns places him second in league history.
Jerry Rice: 22,895 receiving yards, 197 receiving touchdowns.
