Miami Dolphins players to be fined $10k for visiting Twitter & YouTube on iPads

For NFL players, having your playbook on an iPad should be a plus. You can study, listen to music and take mental breaks to tweet and look at other stuff online. Except if you play for the Miami Dolphins. New head coach Joe Philbin has brought the Dolphins into the present, ditching physical, bulky playbooks for a sleek iPad.

But, Dolphins players will be fined $10,000 for visiting sites on their iPad like Youtube and Twitter (there are more sites on the no-no list) or using apps not related to plays.

My question is, do they have tracking software on them? Checking their history or does it only apply to what they do while in team meetings? Guys better get up on what corporate America has learned about concealing their internet activities.

The real question, what will Ochocinco do? His single biggest issue with the Patriots was grasping the offense. Wait, he’s going back to Johnson for his wedding next week. Does that mean another change in his “brand philosophy” too?
