Headed to New York for Super Bowl XLVIII? Outside of the big game, the next best ticket of the weekend will be to one of the invite-only private parties.
Jay Z is set to perform at DirecTV’s Super Bowl “Super Saturday Night” on Feb. 1. The event will be held at DirecTV’s SuperFan Stadium at New York’s Hudson River Park Pier 40, and is co-hosted by Eli Manning and Mark Cuban’s AXS TV. According to sources, Beyonce will be joining her husband on stage for at least one song.
Other parties you should be trying to get on the list for on Saturday night if you can’t get into DirecTV’s bash:
Revolt TV will be partying at Time Warner Cable Studios with Drake as the headliner, Kendrick Lamar will rock out at Maxim’s annual party at Espace, and the Red Hot Chilli Peppers will hit WFAN’s Big Hello to Brooklyn at Barclays Center before taking the field with Bruno Mars on Sunday for the Pepsi halftime show.
I’ll be posting a full listing of activities as we get closer to the weekend.
