There were rumors that FSU quarterback, Jameis Winston might return to school for a final college season. Winston’s father has announced that his son will forego another season and enter the NFL draft this spring.
Initially, Antonor Winston said his son planned to wait until after the College Football National Championship to announce a decision.
Winston has pretty much accomplished everything a college athlete would like to do while there – minus that whole getting a degree thing – In addition to winning the Heisman and a national title, leading his team to 26 consecutive victories until losing to Oregon last week, Winston ranks fourth in touchdown passes (65), fourth in passing yards (7,964) and second in passes of 20 yards or more (124) since the start of the 2013 season.
