Jadeveon Clowney runs a 4.47 40-yard-dash [video]

The NFL combine is still underway at Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis. On Monday morning, 6’6″- 266 lb defensive end Jadeveon Clowney ran two sub-4.5 40-yard dash. His first 40 had an official time of 4.47. Can you imagine him chasing you down the field? Don’t forget he has an 83-inch-wing span.

There have been questions about Clowney’s work ethic, if he’s been too pampered, etc. But what was clear, Clowney is a physical freak of nature, come May he’ll be snatched up in one of those first 5 slots at the draft.
