It’s been 103 days since the independent investigation began on the New England Patriots and DeflateGate. Investigator Ted Wells delivered his 246 page report to the NFL, and it sounds like the Patriots “more likely than not” knowingly deflated balls against the Colts in the AFC championship game.
The Wells Report concluded that official locker room attendant for the Patriots Jim McNally and equipment assistant John Jastremski “more probably than not ” participated in a deliberate effort to release air from Patriots game balls after they were examined by referees.
Oh and your captain, Tom Brady, Wells said he was “generally aware of inappropriate activities of McNally and Jastremski” in releasing air from Patriots game balls.
The best part of the whole report. the text message exchange between McNally and Jastremski.
This is a lot of hoopla over nothing in my opinion. The Patriots didn’t lose that game because they had a better grip of the ball. Do you think it’s cheating?
