Atlanta has been buzzing all week with anticipation for this game, and this incident definitely just cranked it up a few notches. Christian Boone of the Atlanta-Journal Constitution reports that the airport workers that egged the New Orleans Saints team bus Wednesday night will be disciplined. It also appears that the egging may have gone unnoticed, if Saints players Jimmy Graham and Chase Daniel had not tweeted about it.
There apparantly won’t be a repeat, as Myrna White, spokeswoman for the Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport, states that the Saints team bus will have extra security on their return flight to New Orleans. While this incident may have been a boost to Falcon fans, these workers could be losing a couple of paychecks or maybe even their jobs over this incident.
