I know the internet has allowed the discussion of any and every topic you could ever imagine. But the question has to be asked, do we really care about how Michael Sam and his St. Louis Rams teammates are handling post-workout showers?
ESPN thought it was a valid point for conversation. Josina Anderson shared a report from an anonymous teammate who discussed how Rams players are handling the first openly gay man in the NFL in their locker room. There was a bit of backlash surrounding the report, the network has since issued an apology.
Dear ESPN, Everyone but you is over it.

Rams head coach Jeff Fisher took it a step further and called the report unethical.
of course people will have questions but I can’t think of an appropriate way to have this conversation on air unless a player – not an anonymous one – wanted to share that unprompted. Even then, probably is a subject best left to private conversations.
