The NBA has made the “big balls” dance – popularized by former NBA player Sam Cassell – subject to a fine. Orlando Magic point guard Jameer Nelson was fined $15,000 for making an obscene gesture in January when he did it during a game against the Chicago Bulls. NBA players have had to find other ways to let you know they are in their moment.
Golden State Warriors guard Stephen Curry had another approach during the Golden State Warriors match up against the Brooklyn Nets Saturday night. After hitting a big 3 late in the fourth, Curry pulled his shorts all the way up. His goal, either to let you see his “big balls” hang, or in salute to Steve Urkle.
Warriors win this one, 93-86.
