The Golden State Warriors are now 20-0 after defeating the Hornets. The greatest start in NBA history rolls on, and Wednesday the stage was the Time Warner arena in Stephen Curry’s hometown of Charlotte.
Once again, the reigning MVP put on an amazing display. Steph let his “Splash Brother” Klay Thompson handle the first half duties. Steph was on fire, ending the night with 40 points, including a 28 point third quarter, with 21 in the final five minutes.
Joining the Warriors in the 2015 “0” club are the Carolina Panthers. Panthers’ QB Cam Newton was courtside representing in a Dell Curry throwback jersey. So was rapper J Cole.
“It’s great to see them doing what they’re doing, 11-0 and looking forward to a big playoff run and Super Bowl appearance,” said Curry, whose Warriors are 19-0. “Just to be able to root for them back out in California, it’s a lot of fun.”“So that means the Panthers get their Super Bowl win”
