NBA Association VP Roger Mason Jr. was a former teammate of Miami Heat superstar LeBron James. In a recent interview, Mason Jr. stated that LeBron and several other players were ready to boycott games next NBA season should Donald Sterling still be the owner of the Los Angeles Clippers.
Apparently he spoke too fast because he has since back peddled on his statements.
“My Bad” sounds like King James hit him with the “Bro, you’re out here wilding.” The NBA doesn’t appear to be dragging its feet on this issue. They’ve been embarrassed by all of this. I’m sure they want Sterling somewhere quiet and disassociated with them as quickly as possible.
Mason Jr. was waived from the Heat earlier this season.
