You want to talk about a dream moment? Every kid with NBA dreams has imagined that moment where he hits the game winning shot for his team. Rookie Troy Daniels did it Friday night lifting the Houston Rockets over the Portland Trailblazers in overtime.
Daniels has played in just five games all season after being called up from the D-League Rio Grande Valley Vipers. He’s played 75 minutes in total this season for the Rockets since his call up, and was only in the game because Chandler Parsons fouled out. Way to be ready when your number is called.
The series is now 2-1 with game four taking place Sunday in Portland.
