Pacers Fire Coach Jim O’Brien

Per multiple sources, the Pacers have fired their coach, Jim O’Brien. The Pacers are currently 17-27 which slots them at 10th in the east.

Assistant Frank Vogel to replace Jim in the interim. The Pacers most recent lost was Saturday night to the Bulls 110-89. The assumption would be that management feels the team has enough talent to lock up the 8th seed and a coaching change would be the catalyst for that push.
