The Denver Nuggets faced off against the Oklahoma City Thunder Friday night and the game went right down to the wire. Ty Lawson hit the game winning shot for the Nuggets to win 105-103.
Besides the win, the best thing about this is Ty hitting his “Bernie Lean” after the basket. You know I LOVE dancing. Not sure what the Bernie is? Go Here for a quick reminder.
LOVE!! and perfect execution of it too. This was the Nuggets fourth straight win and also maintains their stellar home record, which now stands at 25-3 on the season. Lawson had an uneven game but came up big in the fourth, ending the night with 11 points on 5 of 14 shooting. For the Thunder, Fashion King Russell Westbrook led the way with 38 points, six rebounds and five assists. Kevin Durant had 25 points.
The Nuggets led by nine at halftime and by 10 entering the fourth, but an Oklahoma City run, including a layup with less than a minute left by Durant, tied the score before Lawson’s game-winner.
