The LeBrons are headed your way! An animated series starring the King’s characters from his Nike spot a few years back (business LeBron was my favorite), the web based series will revisit some of his best-known off-the-court performances while featuring socially conscious messages.
The show is said to be like a modern day Fat Albert & the Cosby kids (Google is YOUR friend, my friend ). It’s first season will consist of 10 episodes about 5 minutes each, with a focus on the world of 16-year-old “Kid LeBron” and his life in Akron, Ohio, using authentic locations from the city that raised the King.
You’ll be able to check the series for yourself in Spring via LBJ’s YouTube channel. The show will be produces by Spring Hill Productions (That’s LeBron’s production company), and Believe Entertainment Group. That company is also responsible for introducing “Seth MacFarlane’s Cavalcade of Cartoon Comedy” (now that Lebron teaser in the 1st episode makes sense)
