Cleveland Cavs guard Kyrie Irving netted his first NBA All-Star game MVP award Sunday night in New Orleans. Everyone knows the game gets serious in the fourth quarter. The East team didn’t want to become four-time losers to the West and Kyrie helped facilitate their come back.
