Kobe Bryant debuted a black version of his mask on Tuesday night as the Lakers faced off against the Detroit Pistons. The mask didn’t make it through the game, apparently it wasn’t comfortable and Kobe opted to go back to the clear version.
It didn’t help, the Lakers lost in overtime, 88-85 despite Andrew Bynum having a big game. Bynum had 30 points on 13-of-18 shooting and 14 rebounds Kobe, he started the night shooting horribly. Mamba shot 8 of 26 from the field, ending the night with 22 points and seven assists.
You can’t expect to win a playoff series if you can’t win on the road. Even if you have a superhero on your team.
