NBA trash talk has gotten a bad rap this week from that whole “Honey Nut Cheerio” situation with Carmelo Anthony and Kevin Garnett. However, when properly executed, it is a thing of beauty. Steve Novak demonstrated a bit of post game swag when asked by a reporter if Bulls Nate Robinson was mocking him by duplicating Novak’s “discount double check belt” celebration.
Before we go further, we all are starting at the same point acknowledging that this is actually Packers QB Aaron Rodgers move.
Well, “Lil Nate” got word of the post game dis and had his own response which he made on Twitter.

I guess that’s Nate’s way of saying “you don’t matter.” Considering the Bulls got the W, in this instance, Novak won the battle, Bulls the war. The two teams face off for a final time on April 11th. Bulls are currently up 3-0 in the season series.
